De cara al 2026, la DEI s\u2019ha convertit en una <strong>palanca estrat\u00e8gica essencial<\/strong> per atraure talent, retenir equips excepcionals i generar innovaci\u00f3 duradora en organitzacions competitives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Openmet creiem que, perqu\u00e8 la DEI deixi de ser nom\u00e9s una intenci\u00f3, ha de passar a ser una <strong>estrat\u00e8gia de negoci sustentada en dades, cultura i acci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"0-1-diversitat-m%C3%A9s-enll%C3%A0-del-visible\">1.
