M\u00e9s que tractar d&#8217;evitar-los, els bons l\u00edders saben que el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s aprendre a resoldre els conflictes de forma clara i efica\u00e7. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s, identificar i comprendre aquelles situacions que puguin estar causant un <strong>conflicte en un entorn de treball<\/strong> particular, i actuar en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia per poder resoldre-les.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha ocasions (com en el cas de les dues vinyetes que es mostren) que aquests conflictes poden estar motivats per la (in)acci\u00f3 mateixa dels l\u00edders, al no dur a terme tasques de reconeixement entre els treballadors del seu equip.
